Age Restrictions:
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted unless accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of 18 are free when accompanied by an adult.
Mailed and Faxed Registration Forms:
- Please complete the entire form. All forms must be received by Nov. 9, 2008 for advance processing. Include payment information for educational conference registrations. All conference pre-registrations must be paid in full in order to receive discounted rates.
- Badges:
Everyone registering in advance will receive e-mail or fax confirmation provided an email or fax number is provided. To facilitate quick and easy badging, you need to bring this confirmation with you to the show. On arrival, go to the “Pre-registered Attendee” counters and pick up your badge. Failure to bring this confirmation with you to the event will require you to wait on a longer line. Please don't forget.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations postmarked on or before September 30, 2008 will receive a refund less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations postmarked after September 30, 2008 are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be in writing.
